Refund Policy
Clear cancellation and reschedule windows for treatments, floats, classes and gift cards.
Effective January 1, 2026
We are a small, locally owned and operated spa. Appointment times are held exclusively for you, so our cancellation windows are firm.
Treatments & appointments
- Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment for a full refund or credit.
- Inside 72 hours, the service fee is non-refundable and may be applied as spa credit at our discretion.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee.
Float sessions
Float bookings follow the same 72-hour window. Float sessions already redeemed are non-refundable.
Classes
Class reservations may be released up to 24 hours before the class for a full credit. Inside 24 hours, and for missed classes, the fee is non-refundable. Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or instructor availability; in that case you receive a full refund or credit.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They do not expire and may be used toward any service or add-on.
