The booking terms, health policies and waiver that protect you, our practitioners and the quiet.

Legal entity: Chillville Collective LLC, DBA Rituals at Lunara (LUNARA Spa) ("Rituals at Lunara", "we", "us", "our"). Location: 383 Blue Star Highway, South Haven, MI 49090.
Rituals at Lunara is a day spa offering massage and bodywork, facials, float therapy, private sauna, sound bed sessions and wellness classes. These Terms protect the safety and comfort of every guest and practitioner.
By booking an appointment, attending a class or entering the spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms below.
Booking & arrival
Appointments may be booked online, by phone or by text. Please arrive ten minutes before your start time so your session can begin as scheduled.
Arriving late may shorten your session so the next guest is not delayed. The full service fee still applies.
Cancellations & no-shows
- Cancellations and reschedules require at least 72 hours' notice before your appointment.
- Missing an appointment without notice results in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
- Class spots released with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refunded.
Payment
Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. Some services are priced at booking. A card on file may be required to hold an appointment, and you authorize us to charge it for applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
Health, safety & consent
You are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries, medications and pregnancy before treatment. Certain services, including float therapy, sauna and some bodywork techniques, may not be appropriate for every guest.
Float, sauna and sound bed sessions require completion of an intake and waiver on your first visit.
Guests must be 18 or older to receive services unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains present and provides written consent.
Right to refuse or end a service
We may refuse, pause or end any service at our discretion, including where a guest appears impaired, behaves inappropriately toward staff or other guests, or where a treatment would be unsafe. Any request for services of a sexual nature will end the session immediately, the full fee will be charged, and the guest will be asked to leave.
Personal property
Please leave valuables at home. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to the spa.
Waiver & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, you release Rituals at Lunara, its owners, operators, employees, contractors and affiliates from liability arising from ordinary risks associated with spa services, classes and use of the facility, and agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from claims arising from your actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Van Buren County, Michigan.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your appointment applies.
