Massage in South Haven: Which Session Should You Actually Book?
Massage & Bodywork · 5 min read ·
Spa menus are written to sound lovely, which is not the same as being useful. Here is how our bodywork sessions actually differ, so you can book the right one the first time.
Signature Relaxation, $155
A full hour of flowing, therapeutic pressure. Book this when the goal is to come down from a stretch of stress rather than to fix one stubborn spot. It is also the right first massage if you have never had one.
Deep Renewal, $165
Firm, focused work for chronic tension and postural strain, the knots that have been holding grudges since spring. Deep does not mean painful. If you are bracing or holding your breath, the pressure is wrong and your therapist wants to hear that in the moment, not in a review.
Nurtured Beginnings, $185
Prenatal bodywork with supported positioning, gentle pressure and complete attention to comfort. Mention your trimester when you book so the room is set before you arrive.
Worth adding
- Cupping Therapy, $40. Deeper release and better recovery for athletic tension.
- Hot Stones, $20. Heat does part of the work so the pressure can stay moderate.
- Foot Reflexology, $55.
The South Haven variable
Summer here means long beach days, paddling, boat lines and a lot of standing on hard surfaces. Shoulders, low back and calves take it. Tell your therapist how your week actually went and the hour will be shaped around it.
